General Qualifications:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other engineering graduates who have developed themselves in the field of machinery.
- Fluency in English (verbal & written).
- Min. 3 years of sales experience (preferably).
- Good level of computer usage and Excel.
- Completed military service for male candidates.
- Valid driving license & driving skills.
- Willingness and having no restrictions to frequent travel within Turkey & Europe.
- Having strong communication & presentation skills.
- Analytical minded, flexible, goal oriented, initiative taker and problem solver.
- Result oriented, rather than process oriented.
- Negotiation skills, presentation skills, customer oriented, planning & organizing skills, adaptability skills.
- Self-confident and responsible.
- Residence in Istanbul. (West side of Bakırköy is a must.)
Job Description:
- To provide spare parts and bring engineering solutions for heavy industry equipment (piston compressors, M/V engines, container cranes, dryers, blowers, etc.) located in Turkey.
- Definition of marketing targets and actions with subsidiary manager.
- Maintains close relationship with foreign business team members and local sales & service team members to understand and analyze customer problems, requirements.
- To turn understood problems and requirements into successful business cases via presenting quotes and proposals which include technical, commercial and business benefit information; negotiating and closing the orders.
- To visit customers regularly.
- To increase sales opportunities.
- To obtain purchase orders and forward to vendors and follow up transactions.
